Tres Leches Cake
A moist sponge cake soaked in three types of milk and topped with meringue.

Ingredients
- sponge cake, evaporated milk, condensed milk, heavy cream, vanilla, cinnamon, eggs (for meringue)
Instructions
- Bake a light sponge cake
- Prick with a fork
- Pour the three-milk mixture over the cake
- Let soak overnight
- Top with meringue or whipped cream
