Trojane Doughnuts (Krofi)

Large yeast doughnuts filled with apricot jam, famous from the village of Trojane.

Ingredients

• Yeast dough
• Apricot jam
• Oil for frying
• Powdered sugar

Instructions

1. Prepare a soft yeast dough.
2. Shape into balls and let rise.
3. Fry in deep oil until golden with a white ring.
4. Inject with apricot jam.
5. Dust with powdered sugar.
