• pie crust
• Västerbottensost cheese, grated
• eggs
• heavy cream
• salt and black pepper

Instructions

1. Pre-bake the pie crust.
2. Fill with grated cheese.
3. Whisk eggs and cream, pour over.
4. Bake at 200°C until set and golden. Serve at room temperature with bleak roe and red onions.
