Wiener Eiskaffee (Viennese Iced Coffee)

A decadent summer coffee treat: cold black coffee with vanilla ice cream and a mountain of whipped cream.

Ingredients

• 1 cup chilled strong coffee
• 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
• Whipped cream
• Chocolate shavings
• Wafer biscuit

Instructions

1. 1. Pour cold coffee into a tall glass. 2. Drop in the ice cream. 3. Top with a large swirl of whipped cream. 4. Garnish with chocolate and a wafer.
