Warabi Mochi
Cool, jelly-like dumplings made from bracken starch, dusted with kinako (toasted soybean powder) and drizzled with kuromitsu (black sugar syrup).

Ingredients
- 100g warabiko (bracken starch)
- 50g sugar
- 400ml water
- Kinako (soybean powder)
- Kuromitsu (syrup)
Instructions
- Mix warabiko, sugar, and water in a pot.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it becomes translucent and sticky.
- Drop spoonfuls into ice water to cool.
- Drain and coat generously with kinako.
- Serve chilled with kuromitsu.
