Yellowman (Honeycomb)
A hard, brittle honeycomb toffee traditional to Northern Ireland.

Ingredients
- brown sugar, golden syrup, butter, vinegar, baking soda
Instructions
- Boil sugar and syrup to a hard crack stage
- Stir in soda (it will foam)
- Pour out and cool
- Break into chunks
