A traditional sour chicken soup with handmade noodles and plenty of herbs.

Ingredients
- whole chicken, handmade egg noodles, carrots, onions, potatoes, borș (sour liquid) or lemon, lovage (leuștean), parsley
Instructions
- Simmer chicken to make broth
- Add vegetables and noodles
- Sour the soup with borș
- Finish with fresh lovage and parsley
